In the case of East Coast Appliances I already felt a level of confidence when I rang for someone to come to look at my dishwasher. Called Doug because my 16 year old washing machine stopped working. He was really helpful - arrived promptly, worked tidily and tried everything to fix the machine, even coming back the next day after doing some research to see if there was any other way of fixing the fault. Called East Coast Appliances to fix a problem with our Neff microwave- combi oven. Very quick response, found out where the fault was, ordered the parts and were back within a few days, all fixed and working properly. Highly recommend Doug and his team. Will definitely use them again.
