Called Doug because my 16 year old washing machine stopped working. He was really helpful - arrived promptly, worked tidily and tried everything to fix the machine, even coming back the next day after doing some research to see if there was any other way of fixing the fault. Sadly the part that was needed made a repair uneconomic, so he reduced the call out fee because he couldn’t fix it. I would definitely use again.
